natural glass with a bottle green
color. Named after Moldau, in the
Czech Republic.
Labradorite is a type of feldspar, usually
dark black or grey, with iridescent colors
that change with the angle that it's viewed.
Labradorite is named after where it was
first found, Labrador Canada. It is a
mixture of 30% albite (NaAlSi3O8) & 70%
anorthite (CaAl2Si2O8).

Chrysoprase is a type of chalcedony
with nickel giving it its color. The color is
moisture sensitive with the color fading
as it dehydrates. These cabochons are
cut from Australian chrysoprase, which
is considered to be the best quality.
